Completely fulfilled my needs without having to pay ridiculous prices. All I needed was a bed, a shower, and some peace and quiet, and I had all those for next to nothing. Clare was just so nice, too.
The synthetic pillows and the loud night-time fox outside! Nothing else at all.

All I needed was an overnight stop - a bed,toilet and shower. and a reasonable price - I don't need hotel facilities (or costs) for an overnight stop. I didn't need breakfast either as I had cold-soak porridge with me or I could have eaten en route to or at my next day destination. The room was warm and comfortable with chairs, a kettle and a small fridge and free wifi. The location had on-site free parking and was quiet. The host was very welcoming. Decent, clean bathroom and spacious, warm shower.
Nothing not to like, but make sure you are not needing hotel-type facilities.
