    Hotel with excellent sea view. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful, particularly the waiters and waitresses in cafe. They manage the visitors’ seating during the morning rush hours very well. Buffet breakfast but the main course is served which is a small bonus to me. As we stayed for three nights, varied options of main course can be tasted. All the hotel facilities and equipment are very new and clean. Only one small drawback to us is about the toilet in room. Toilet and bathroom are separate but the doors are a bit far apart. Location of the hotel is not quite convenient as it’s not closed to the downtown. It’s okay to drive there but the parking fee is relatively expensive which is yen2000+20% tax per night.

    We had a great stay at this hotel, especially as a family traveling with a baby. The facilities were good, and the ocean view and location were amazing. The hotel also prepared a baby crib for us, which was very helpful. The lobby staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The location is excellent for a family vacation — just a 2-minute walk to Fukuoka Tower and about 5 minutes to Momochihama Beach. One disappointment was that there was no microwave available, even in the lobby. As we were traveling with a baby, we needed to heat up baby food and had to go to the restaurant on the 4th floor to ask for help. We understand that heating baby food may not actually be part of their service, and although the restaurant staff seemed somewhat reluctant at first, they did kindly help us heat up the baby food in the end. However, the experience felt a little uncomfortable, especially compared with the very friendly service from the lobby staff. During breakfast, we played a baby animation at a very low volume, but a staff member came over and simply said, “Audio down,” along with body language asking us to lower it further. We understand it may disturb other guests, but we hope the staff could communicate more politely and warmly. This experience made us reconsider choosing the breakfast option if we stay here again. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would still recommend this hotel for families, especially for its beautiful ocean view, great location, and helpful hotel lobby staff.

    While facilities are new and staff are great and polite, I dont understand why the parking needs to be charged while many others hotels are free, given the room price is not cheap.
