L’appartement était grand , bien aménagé. Proche du centre

L’odeur d’humidité dans l’appartement , y a une odeur très forte

Nice location, nice room, confortable bed.

The host is not responsive. On WhatsUp the answers ra AI generated or totally missing. Therefore didn't benefit of late check-out even though I requested.

Le mobilier correspond très bien aux photos. Les meubles sont de bonne qualité. Tout est neuf. La chambre est spacieuse. La salle d'eau très agréable.La kitchenette est équipée pour deux personnes. L'appartement est à moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre historique de Troyes et encore plus près de la gare. Une supérette est à 2 minutes.

Isolation phonique à conforter .

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The towels were fluffy and big. The room was very big with high ceilings and freshly painted with a separate kitchenette area. The TV could connect to apps like YouTube, Netflix etc so you could add your account and the location was great, very close to train/bus station and walking distance to old town or 3min walk to stop gare de jardins where you could take the free circular bus to take you around Troyes.

There was an unbearable mouldy smell coming from the shower drains which was suffocating! In the kitchen area, the cups and dishes were very dirty, ther wall behind the hob had oil splashes everywhere, there was tons of limescale in the electric kettle, a couple of reused to death sponges for the dishes and a black coloured dirty dishcloth with 3 dog hairs on.The bedsheets had stains and had not been ironed so we weren't sure whether they had even been washed! They looked wrinkly and miserable. There were food greasy stains on one of the bedside tables and dust everywhere. The front door of the building was so neglected that the place looks abandoned and not welcoming for guests. The owners must have spent a lot of money to renovate the apartments because good materials have been used in the bathrooms and everywhere with good quality furnishings but the front door is such a let down and then when you get to the apartment the musty horrible smell, the untidy bed and the dirt wipe out all the benefits, which is a shame, because there is so much potential here.
