The place is small but the bed is super comfortable and down pillows was a great touch. It is very quiet. Close to everything two museums and several theaters. So many wonderful restaurants!

The location and the shower.
The mould smell in the bedroom, the lack of utensils to cook in the kitchenette, the lack of prompt assistance when the light globe stopped working, leakage under the sliding door when it rained. Precarious fittings of hangers in the bathroom. There was even a cockroach in the bathroom too.
