The rooms were comfortable and the location was good for the price.
The front entrance and back entrance need some clean up. The outside garbage was overflowing and smelled throughout the front entrance. The house needs to be deep cleaned and a fresh cost of paint! It looks like someone was living in it for an extended period of time too. The dryer sounded like was going to fall apart when we turned it on to dry clothes. You can’t use the washer and dryer at the same time. There were small ants in one of bathrooms and kitchen. The master bedroom fan didn’t work.
