Amazing location, quiet and close to the Vatican. Apartment was very comfortable, with balcony to sip morning coffee. We had everything we needed!

Outstanding communication from Giulia from start to finish - a wonderful, kind host with lots of recommendations. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful with two balconies - the bed is super comfortable and the whole decor of the apartment has such an elegant Roman touch to it. Highly recommend this apartment as everything, including its location was a 10/10.

Nothing I did not like - truly the best.

The apartment truly feels like a home away from home in Rome. Communication from the host was excellent from start to finish, with helpful local recommendations and very clear arrival instructions. The location was perfect for my needs, on a quiet street yet within walking distance of major sights, and just steps away from the conference hotel I was moving to the next day. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful design touches. It feels like a place someone genuinely cares about rather than a generic rental. Having a washing machine was especially valuable for me, as I was transitioning from a holiday to a work trip and needed to do laundry between the two.

There are only a few areas where the apartment could be improved, particularly considering the price. The mattress is due for an upgrade, as it was not especially comfortable. The bed setup was also unusual, with the duvet insert placed directly against the fitted sheet and only a flat sheet on top. For hygiene and comfort, a proper duvet cover would be preferable. The bedroom would also benefit from a second bedside table and perhaps an extra set of pillows for reading in bed. The living room is attractive but the sofa is quite narrow and not very comfortable for relaxing or watching TV as a couple. A more substantial sofa would make a big difference and would better match the otherwise high standard of the apartment. Finally, while the apartment advertises a drying rack, I wasn't able to find it during my stay. This may simply have been my oversight, and I was too busy to ask the host, but guests planning to do laundry may want to check where it is located upon arrival. Overall, these are relatively minor points. The apartment is beautiful, well located, quiet, and extremely functional. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable base in Rome with more character than a typical hotel room.
