Very clean. Penny was very nice and helpful.
Decorated nicely.
I wouldn’t recommend the upstairs to families with small children due to the stairs, there is no safety gate. It’s a very small unit. Good for a night or two.
It is pretty much a nice apartment over a garage with the lower made into a separate apartment.
Needs a couple more dining chairs and better bedding (maybe take plastic off mattresses).
