Very clean, decorated beautifully. Communicated very well with us, accommodated our needs as we arrived early. Would recommend highly!
Not the hosts problem at all but you can hear neighbours sometimes during the stay, but not during the night.

It was a good size apartment with a lift which was useful for my husband in particular. Everything was very clean with plenty of storage space. It was close to a useful bus stop, supermarket and a nice little cafe/bread shop. We were very close to the Natural History museum and the Giusti gardens which were lovely.
It was dark and we like to read books. Also other places we have stayed in have supplied items such as salt, pepper, oil etc. Just a small thing but useful.

Ruhige Lage in einem schönen Viertel. Schön eingerichtete Wohnung.
Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es hatte verbrannte Resten auf Ofen und Herd, im Badschrank war Zahnpasta verschmiert, alle Türen und Schränke waren voller Fingerabdrücke, Bettlaken hatte ein Riss drin und in den Schränken befindet sich einiges an Zeug, was dringend mal aufgeräumt werden müsste. Bei meiner Ankunft habe ich das Gröbste selber noch geputzt. Ausserdem hatte ich am Anfang enorm Probleme mit dem Code für meine Wohnung wodurch ich mehrere Male vor verschlossener Tür stand und nicht mehr reinkam. Loretta war schnell vor Ort aber dies darf einfach nicht passieren, stellt euch vor es wäre mitten in der Nacht?! Es ist sehr kalt in der Wohnung, nehmt unbedingt dicke Sachen und Finken mit, im Frühling heizen Italiener ihre Wohnungen nicht mehr wirklich. Die Einrichtung lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Küchenlappen, Geschirrtücher, weitere Wollen WC-Papier etc. musst du alles selber kaufen…

Location is close to the centre and walkable. Access was easy and apartment was clean.
Additional pillows provided would have made the stay more comfortable.
