Spacious. Quiet. Nice gardens. Helpful host. Great location. Decent kitchenette. Good insulation to reduce or at least minimise need for using heat pump. Nice for walking to explore Nelson central areas.
Tight parking. Narrow challenging access. Pruning of shrubs at the sides of the narrow access would help with access and reversing out. Good that we only have medium size SUV with gods cameras for reversing. Access to entrance door is via crowded garage. Looks like an easy job to put an access gate to the right hand side of the garage - would create a better first impression and easier access.

The location is central to Nelson city centre, it is a very easy walk into town. The accommodation is in a beautiful kitchen garden setting. The studio is quirky with lots of lovely details, spotlessly clean and a very comfy bed. The host left a great selection of teas and nice coffee. Our stay was very relaxing and Anne the host is super friendly.
The parking is on a shared driveway - but if you tuck your car in there is no problem.

Absolutely everything. The Garden Studio was a wonderful place to stay, a walk or short taxi ride from the centre . Spacious, comfortable, with everything needed to make our stay memorable. Extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Recommended.
