Accommodation interior was light and bright and nicely furnished. Modern design. Good facilities. Easy waking distance to CBD, cathedral and shopping. Off street parking from the main road (but see below negative).
- parking was very tight and difficult to maneuver if neighbors were home. Impossible to reverse out. - no oven trays/dishes to use the oven. - the two downstairs bedrooms were incredibly small and cold. Small fan heaters were provided but these were noisy. - the accommodation is tucked down a right of way with a lot of other properties and the spa is on the upstairs front deck with zero privacy. So having a spa, all neighbors can watch you in your togs from their living room windows!!

On a day with 30° outside temp you are welcomed with a message that the old AC is not working ( since xx days) And then you have a wifi pw that is unbelivable long (it*s easy to change in router!)
