ห้องพักสะอาด สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบถ้วนดีมาก ทั้งเครื่องครัว และเครื่องสุขภัณฑ์ น้ำยาสระผมและครีมนวดดีมาก (อยากรู้ว่าใช้ของยี่ห้ออะไร จะไปหาซื้อใช้บ้าง) ห้องน้ำสะอาด และแบ่งเป็นห้องอาบน้ำกับห้องสุขาแยกกัน ไม่ต้องรอกัน ทำให้ประหยัดเวลาได้มากในกรณีที่ไปกันหลายคน มีลิฟท์ขึ้นถึงห้องพัก มีจำนวนผู้อาศัยไม่มาก ทำให้ไม่ต้องรอนาน มีลานจอดรถให้เช่าใกล้ๆที่พัก ไม่ต้องเดินไกล ทำเลอยู่ไม่ไกลจากตัวเมืองซับโปโร มีร้านสะดวกซื้อ LAWSON อยู่ใกล้ที่พัก และมีป้ายรถประจำทางไปสนามบินไม่ไกลจากที่พัก สะดวกมาก สรุปโดยรวมแล้วคือ ดีมาก
ควรจะให้ลูกค้าสามารถจอดรถใต้อาคารได้ 1 คัน โดยไม่ต้องไปเช่าลานจอด เพราะค่าเช่าแม้จะไม่เท่าโรงแรม แต่ก็ถือว่าแพงในระดับนึง
