静かなロケーションです。 窓からの景色は川が見えて眺めが良いです。 マンションの外観は古くてビックリしますが、お部屋の中はキレイです。
コンビニまで少し歩きます。

マンションの一室だったので、犬と共に家で過ごしてるようにできました。古めのマンションだったけど、エアコンもあるし快適に過ごせました。駐車場も予約して目の前に1000円で止めれてよかったです。
ウォシュレットがないこと。

立地とロケーション 同じマンションの住民が優しい
毎回ガチャガチャでお金がのまれるので そろそろ修理してほしい。 8階共用廊下突き当たりの非常階段のドアがストッパーで解放状態になっており、外部(2階)から侵入できるようになっていてセキュリティ上の懸念がある。

食器などの自炊道具は充実してた。
道具も含め清潔に管理は出来ていなかった。 バスタオルも匂いが気になり使用せずに買いに行きました。
