マンションの一室だったので、犬と共に家で過ごしてるようにできました。古めのマンションだったけど、エアコンもあるし快適に過ごせました。駐車場も予約して目の前に1000円で止めれてよかったです。
ウォシュレットがないこと。

立地とロケーション
同じマンションの住民が優しい
毎回ガチャガチャでお金がのまれるので
そろそろ修理してほしい。
8階共用廊下突き当たりの非常階段のドアがストッパーで解放状態になっており、外部(2階)から侵入できるようになっていてセキュリティ上の懸念がある。

繁華街からそう遠くない場所に位置している。敷地内の駐車場も利用できた。安めな料金設定。周囲の部屋の音もしなかった。
料金を考えると特に良くない点はなかった。ただサッシやベランダの清掃、布団のシーツ類をパリッとすれば、印象はかなり良くなるように思う。

駐車場を予約していたが、別の車が停まっていたためメールにて相談し、迅速に返事が来たが、ガスコンロに火が点かないため数回メールしたが、無視された。
結局、ガスコンロは使えず。
以前のコメントにもガスコンロの故障はあったが、故障のまま。
ソファも足が壊れていて歪んでいる。
犬と一緒に泊まれたのは良かった。
洗濯機も使えたし、風呂もトイレも古いが問題なく使えた。
ベッドシーツにシミがついていた。
洗濯しているのか？持参のバスタオルを敷いてしのいだ。
ロケーションは良い。
外出も自由だし、チェックイン、アウトも
気軽で良かった。
