Great villa stay
Great villa stay Fair pricing, and super helpful staff, including Komang the main point of contact. They cleaned the property every 2 days or so and changed linens once a week and were always available to help on WhatsApp. I know some villas in Bali are not the most responsive to issues so was great to have them. Location was fantastic, ten minute scooter to Ubud and the bikes didn't have problems picking up at the villa except for 1 time only. It was very easy to get food delivered as the address on google maps is accurate. WiFi was very fast, spent a lot of time on video calls and it was easy with no issues. Villa itself was clean and the pool area bedrooms and bathrooms were of very high standard.
Kitchen was the part that needs the most work here. It was sparsely furnished and not that clean in terms of the utensils and pots etc. Staff cleaned it when asked but would be good to keep this up to date Also, since the villa is in the rice fields, expect critters. Lots and lots of geckos and some other visitors as well (though Komang mentioned it's unusual). All issues were swiftly dealt with but insects etc will get in the rooms and the open living room so be aware depending on your needs
