Obiekt znajduje się bezpośrednio przy ulicy co przy dużej powierzchni okien powoduje hałas przejeżdżających pojazdów i głośnych przechodniów.

Comodo ma con dotazione veramente essenziale. Prezzo molto conveniente. Bagno comodo. Abbiamo potuto mettere le biciclette al sicuro nella cantina.
Dotazione di cucina veramente minima. Posizione poco attraente, cortile con pozzanghere, monolocale situato praticamente sulla strada ( ma non disturbava).

Swietny stosunek jakości do ceny. Jest to mała kawalerka, dobrze wyposażona, czysta schludna klatka, w centrum Gołdapi. Podobało mi się umeblowanie, łazienka, bardzo czyste wnętrza.
To nie jest minus, raczej uwaga - dodatkowe duże lustro w przedokoju poprawiło by komfort przygotowania się do wyjścia ...

Jak zwykle malutki poczęstunek, czystość, wygodne łóżko, telewizor z netflixem, rolety i zasłony, duży prysznic, w łazience było mydło w płynie, żel pod prysznic i papier toaletowy. W pokoju przy umywalce były ściereczki i gąbka do umycia po sobie sztućców czy talerzy.
Brak płynu do mycia naczyń i mikrofalówki przynajmniej. Mieliśmy pizze na drugi dzień/śniadanie ale nie było w czym jej podgrzać :(
