Mieszkanie świeżo wyremontowane, ale widać, że przez ekipę, która zna się na rzeczy - zrobione jak u siebie, solidna robota. Walory estetyczne też są na wysokim poziomie, wystrój bardzo mi się spodobał. W mieszkaniu trochę chłodno przy tych mrozach (-10), ale spora farelka na wyposażeniu robi robotę. W sezonie to na pewno nie będzie zagadnienie. Mieszkanie w sam raz dla pary, nawet na dłuższy pobyt. Na wyposażeniu piekarnik, kuchenka indukcyjna, mikrofalówka, a nawet toster - niczego nie brakuje. Jedynie nazwa może trochę mylić, bo nie jest to nigdzie blisko jeziora, natomiast w pobliżu jest drugie największe w Ełku centrum handlowe, blisko jest też dworzec i ogólnie lokalizacja jest bardzo blisko centrum.
Prysznic jest trochę irytujący, bo drzwi do kabiny są węższe niż powinny, przez co woda leje się na podłogę. Oprócz tego, materac łóżka mógłby być wygodniejszy.
