The reception man was very rude and abrupt

The apartment was in a good location. We also had good support from the owners with information. The free parking was a bonus and very convenient. The size of the apartment was perfect for two couples.
We enjoyed our stay in the apartment however there were a few things that possibly need attention.
There was no provision of a shower mat for the bathroom and the shower rose wouldn't stay in place (kept dropping forward)
We had difficulty using the aircon but thankfully it was a cool rainy weekend, so we didn't miss it.
We only had one key card. Provision of two cards would be more convenient.
Upon entry to the apartment there was also a musty smell in the apartment. This disappeared as we opened the windows.

Ausstattung, Lage, Größe waren sehr gut.
Schön wäre eine 2.Zimmerschlüsselkarte. Öl, Alufolie o.ä. wären auch mega.
