La vue, le calme, le retrait , la terrasse pour y manger à 4 à chaque repas. La proximité d’Ambert, de fromageries et de salaisons. Les villages de Marsac et d’Arlanc et leurs commerces de proximité.
Le réglage de la température de la douche, compliqué d’avoir une température constante. Mais c’est un détail.
