Lugar excelente, com fácil acesso a tudo. O anfitrião Rafael pessoa maravilhosa, educado, prestativo e responde rapidamente. O apartamento estava extremamente limpo, simplesmente perfeito. Gostaria de dar um destaque especial à zeladora, Dona Maria: que pessoa maravilhosa! Alegre, educada, prestativa e sempre muito solícita, um verdadeiro ser humano de luz. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes!

Gostei da localização ,próximo da praia Grande, Itagua e Tenório, fomos à pé . Gostei do silêncio no prédio, da limpeza,da anfitrião, Dona Maria ,atenciosa e educada. A cozinha é muito bem equipada,tem liquidificador ,pratos ,talheres ,sanduicheira, panelas impecáveis o fogão é ótimo, enfim ,na cozinha tem tudo. Os quartos são arejados ,enfim,tudo perfeito. Tem supermercado, padaria e farmácia na rua.
Não tenho nada a reclamar.
