About this apartment rental
Our apartment boasts a unique location in Ubatuba, just 30 meters from the Praia Grande beachfront and 200 meters from the entrance (condominium) of Praia do Tenório. It accommodates up to 8 people in two suites, each containing a double bed and a bunk bed. It also features a dining table, sofa, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a balcony with a wonderful breeze. One covered parking space is included. One of the suites offers ocean views. The condominium has... Barbecue area

The space
There are two suites, both consisting of a double bed and a bunk bed in each.
Both rooms have large closets so you can organize and separate all your belongings.
From one of the suites it is possible to see the sea from the window.
The dining room is combined with the living room, which has a Smart TV, a sofa, and a balcony with a wonderful breeze.
The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, sandwich maker, among others.
It is also equipped with a refrigerator, stove and Microwave. We use a digital locking system, eliminating the need for keys to enter the apartment, bringing innovation and practicality. The apartment has one covered parking space, and on the first floor there are showers that can be used by guests, and a barbecue grill that can also be used, provided it has been previously reserved with the caretaker. Other observations: The building does not have an elevator. The apartment is on the first floor, two flights of stairs, more precisely 16 steps to the unit's door. We have 3 floor fans in the property. We provide 6 blankets for guests to use, but we do not provide bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and pillows), nor toiletries. (towel, soap, shampoo and conditioner)
