The bathroom, sink, toilet areas were great. There were available cups, glasses and an electric kettle in the room. There were strategically placed water dispensers. The lobby and hallway decor were unique and inviting. Strong and fast wifi. The staff was so helpful and efficient.

The TV is a bit small. The neighborhood around the building can be a bit intimidating, but they're chill.

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent experience I had during my stay at your hotel. The air conditioning was comfortably cool, and everything in the room was well maintained and clean. The reception staff were approachable, friendly, and always smiling. They handled my check-in clearly and politely, and they also took the time to remind me of the hotel’s do’s and don’ts, which I found very helpful. The level of customer service provided was truly commendable. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would gladly recommend your hotel. Thank you for your outstanding service.

During my stay, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles in the bathroom were empty. Because of this, I couldn’t use them when I took a shower and had to buy toiletries outside. I just wanted to share this as feedback so it can be checked for future guests. Thank you.
