Место расположение, рядом станция метро Улы Дала .
В спальне нет кондиционера, летом очень жарко .

Планировка квартиры удачная. В целом все в квартире есть.
Плохо работал кондиционер, хозяин на эти сообщения не отреагировал (либо давно не меняли фотон, либо кондёр просто очень слабенький). В июне отсутствие нормального кондиционера было критичным. А в спальне кондиционера вовсе нет и там было очень жарко спать. Несколько раз отключался интернет (для нас это было важно, так как мы приезжали не отдыхать, а по работе, интернет был очень нужен). Квартира была несколько уставшая и плохо убранная (посуда, столы, полы - грязные)

Вся мебель новая, квартира отличная теплая, было приятно находиться и проживать👍🏻
В одной комнате не работала батарея и сломан фен
