Athletic City, 1-Room Apartments

The apartment itself was fine, the building itself too. Oh, what I liked was you can find a small supermarket on the next building, the named something "Fay xxx" something and they have deli foods with many varieties and cheap, as well as bread and pastries. I can recommend the shop.

I would say the person you communicate here isnt the owner. According to her, the owner owns like 13 apartments there. She (who you contact with) has some colleagues. But she is over 60 years old, the check-in was horrible. We agreed at 14:00, so I showed up before that. But she did not give you any information rather than the address before at all. No mentioning that you need to collect key from other location. She has no prep for which block it is or which door to access at the entrance door so on. Thus my check-in took an hour. So, in my case, she agreed not to collect deposit -of course. I cant write EVERYTHING here, but it was seriously horrible!! And the next day, she started to insult me, A Customer!! She even did not her job well with the excuse she has a hip pain, and she started to insult me! She is the person ruined my trip for Astana indeed. She isnt suitable to handle theapartment check-in concierge job at all. I still have all the evidence of our chat:)
