It is owned and run by two locals. Brother and sister. And they are incredibly proud and attentive to every detail, including your own personal wellbeing and enjoyment. Maria greeted me at the apartment. Pointed out the extras within the apartment. Then spent 30 minutes pointing out all the highlights, cafes, and sights Napels has to offer. They had maps, guides, and pamphlets. I could not have felt more welcomed.

Neighbourhood is a disaster - dangerous, loud and full of trash

The apartment's size and facilities, ideal for 2 persons. The location is highly convenient, very close to the central station, as well as the city's historical centre. The hosts promptly attended to problems (with the lift, and electricity).

Having to throw out the rubbish at the end. We're aware it's not a hotel, but we've stayed in plenty of apartments and no host has ever insisted that we do so. The lift should be thoroughly checked - got stuck in it. Wi-fi didn't work mornings.

The apartment had everything we could want. It was clean and modern inside an older building. The host responded quickly to any issues or questions and checked on us every few days. It was a very convenient location less than ten minutes from the Metro and the central train station.

The neighborhood was closer to the train station than we realized and was a bit dodgy. This is not to say that we had any problems, but there were always people loitering on the street.
