Que esté en el piso 11 . Tienen ascensor hasta el piso 10 y hay que subir un piso por escaleras

El apartamento es tal cual aparece en las fotos, tiene aire acondicionado y se está fresquito. Está ubicado a 5 minutos andando de donde te deja el autobús del aeropuerto y está a 5 minutos andando de la Pizzeria da Michele (la más famosa de Nápoles). El barrio y el edificio digamos que son "peculiares", realmente no hay sensación de inseguridad pero si no estás acostumbrado te puedes sorprender.

Las camas son mejorables.

Nonostante il circondario non sia bellissimo ma tipico, la posizione è strategica per via della vicinanza con la stazione (10 minuti a piedi) e Spaccanapoli (5 minuti a piedi). Il palazzo è molto tranquillo. L'appartamento si trova al 11 piano (ascensore fino al 10 piano, ultimo piano con 2 rampe di scale standard), è ordinato, piacevole e molto spazioso. Aria condizionata presente nelle 2 camere da letto e nella zona living. Supermercato vicinissimo. Ottima comunicazione con il proprietario via w/app. Facile self check in /out.

At first we were struggling because the elevator was not working, but the host was super helpful and arrived in less than 5 minutes to help us with that. As he was there he walked us to the place and explained everything. He had a cold water bottle waiting for us in the fridge and the place was super super clean. He gave us recommendations on where to eat that were walking distance and turns out the place we wanted to visit (restaurant) was less than 5 mins away walking which was the Michele Pizzeria, a place where Margherita pizza was sold for the first time back in the 1870's.

The area/town at first is an impression, not too clean, but once you get to walk around you see there are nice places and things to do. Other than that every thing was great for me and my family of 5.
