Napoli Street Art Rooms by Wonderful Italy

Veronica was a wonderful host. She took the time to ask about our travel plans through WhatsApp, met us at the entrance upon our arrival, personally handed me the keys, and gave us a tour of the Napoli Street Art building before showing us to our unit: the apartment itself is called WALL. The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable. We especially appreciated having two air conditioners, which kept the space cool, and the large, spacious bathroom. Since each of us had our own bed, the room felt much more comfortable for our stay. The location was also very convenient. We easily found a laundromat right next door, and there were nearby shops where we could buy bottled water and other essentials. The only minor downside was the number of light switches throughout the apartment, which made it a little confusing to figure out which switch controlled which lights. Aside from that, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend Napoli Street Art Rooms to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Naples.

Unfortunately, we experienced significant Wi-Fi issues. Since we needed reliable internet for business correspondence, this became a major inconvenience. Veronica responded promptly by sending someone to troubleshoot the problem. They eventually restored the Wi-Fi, but it only worked in the kitchen, not in the bedroom, so the three of us had to work together in the kitchen whenever we needed internet access. We appreciated Veronica's efforts to resolve the issue, even though it was never fully fixed during our stay. The neighborhood also required extra awareness. Motorcycles and cars frequently passed through the narrow streets, so we had to stay alert whenever we were walking. On the morning of our departure at 5:15 a.m., the streets near the building were unlit. Pitch black, which made us feel uneasy. In addition, our Uber driver would not come directly to the building and asked us to walk about five blocks with our luggage to meet the car in the dark. Fortunately, we reached our pickup point safely, but it was not an ideal way to end our trip. Overall, the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and Veronica was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If reliable Wi-Fi and early-morning transportation are important to you, those are factors worth considering before booking.

Le service de ménage ne passe pas pendant le séjour, les serviettes, la literie ne sont pas changées. 2 rouleaux de PQ pour 2 pour 1 semaine. Pas de réponse de l’hôte ou alors ne répond pas du tout au problème rencontré. Chambre qui paraît neuve en pg pro avec une barrière de lit cassée, une peinture qui s’écaille, la chasse d’eau qui bug. Une seule chaise pour deux dans la chambre ?? Jet de douche avec une très faible pression
