Homey Villa 2BR Seminyak

Location was perfect. Everything you need was within walking distance. Cleanliness was phenomenal. Fast response and communication with Mr Made. Definitely recommend

We enjoyed the pool.

The location. The pool. How spacious the villa was.

Bathroom showerheads water pressure was a little off making it harder to shower. Fresh water cooler was empty so we had to stock up on plenty of bottled water. Everything else was great.

The overall stay was pleasant but would recommend only staying for a short stay of 2/3 nights. We enjoyed the pool and size of the bedrooms/bathrooms. Good location to travel to areas of Seminyak, and convenient to have a circle K right around the corner.

The property backed onto a main road, it was not a quiet side road as suggested in other reviews. Traffic was loud and heard at all times, day and night as the rooms had little to no soundproofing. Whilst the host communicated frequently, we asked for prior notice as to when housekeeping and groundskeeping staff would be at the property. Staying in a villa we were looking forward to the extra privacy, it would have made our stay more enjoyable if we were given a clear time and day to expect visits from these grounds keeping/housekeeping staff as per our request from the property manager.. The villa also seemed to require some general maintenance, the toilet did not flush properly and the shower fixing looked as if it could fall from the wall. The main door into the living area had a broken frame, allowing insects in from outside. The outdoor gate in which you entered to villa is in need of replacing, it did not feel secure and was rusted at the hinges.
