no hay comunicación con el staff porque no hay recepción y nunca cogen el telefono. Solo responden por mail.

Location is central to attractions. The actual lodging space is newly renovated and well-appointed.

There is no receptionist or staff on-site. You have to correspond with building staff via WhatsApp. Not a problem if you have no issues with the room. However, there were issues. It is weird and unattractive that the building entry and staircase is fully under construction. For a visitor, at first I felt like I was given a bait and switch for my lodging. It didn't seem like a situation where a hotel should be allowed to be open while the entry to the building housing it is a construction zone. However once you entered the building and went into the door for the unit that contained the lodging, it was mostly fine. However, the air conditioning in my room wasn't functioning when I arrived. I complained to the staff via WhatsApp and thankfully, there was another room they could reassign me to for that night where the A/C worked. The next day, they had to relocate me to my original room after they said the A/C had been fixed. Well, it worked better, but despite being on the highest fan setting, the conditioned air coming out of the register was very weak.
