Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του Κισινάου και είναι όλα στα πόδια σου. Είναι πολύ μεγάλο το σπίτι με τρία υπνοδωμάτια. Αν είστε πολλά άτομα αξίζει γιατί θα έχετε την ανεξαρτησία σας.
Στο κτίριο δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ είναι δύσκολο συνέχεια να ανεβοκατεβαινεις στον 4ο όροφο. Επίσης εγώ βρέθηκα στο διαμέρισμα αρχές Απριλίου και ενώ στο Κισινάου δεν έχει τόσο ζεστό καιρό, δεν είχε θέρμανση και αναγκάστηκα τη δεύτερη νύχτα να ζητήσω κάποια ηλεκτρική θέρμανση.
