The place is nice and I really liked that even though we don't get to meet the host at all, they actually communicate via WhatsApp and the response time is good, not delayed from my experience, there was an unfortunate power outage in the area during our stay and the host actually updates you all the time( does not leave you in the dark wondering, I really liked the Self Check Inn System that they use also, makes it easy for late Check Inns which was the case in my situation. I really love the communication from the host even though we don't get to meet them. I also really loved that I could park right next to the Unit, this was Awesome especially with loading and off loading my goods.

The Self Check Inn System is wonderful, however, a meet with the host during the stay make a whole difference to the experience, It's nice to know whom hosts you and also a Check Inn just to see if everything is ok, Tea doesn't get topped up unless to communicate via the WhatsApp or Email channels. Also we had the drawers in the cupboard that didn't work so well, and some old stuff that might have been left by a previous guest in the cupboard, these are the kind of things that one could point out to a host with a physical meeting. Also the type of plugs in the unit only allow for one item to be plugged at a time, this was fine in general in the unit, the only place it was a bit of an inconvenience was in the kitchen when using the Microwave or Kettle, you always had to swop plugs for the two appliances based on which one you needed to use and the wall socket was loose which wasn't the best idea.
