This 1565 square feet home has two designer bedrooms, perfect for families, traveling friends, and business retreats.
Bedroom one features a king-size bed with stylish nightstands and a TV. Enjoy the views outside the house by the window. This bedroom has a large private bathroom attached with a large shower and double sink.
Off the master is a dedicated office space with 2 twin beds for extra guests.
Make yourself at home in the second bedroom and relax on the king-size bed while binge-watching your favorite movies with your loved ones.

This property was spectacular. Everything was very clean and the property was in excellent condition. Property owner/manager was very prompt with any questions I had. Easy walk to downtown, along the lake. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Austin.

We enjoyed our staycation while our house was getting painted. Overall the house was clean, and had everything we needed. A couple things to point out that are off in the listing.... There are not two king beds. There is one king and the other bed is a queen or full. The room with the king bed is wide open to the room with the twin beds.
Also, the owner lives there when not rented so the refrigerator and other areas had the owners food (not a big deal and maybe if you gave more notice before booking this would be cleaned out) so just something to be aware of. We hadn't experienced this before at a VRBO.
The house is older so there are some doors that don't like to shut all the way or faucets that are a little weird, but that is to be expected for this age of home.
Overall we had a wonderful stay, host is easy to communicate with and I would absolutely recommend!

The location of this rental was super ideal, about a 5-10 minute drive to all of Austin’s prime locations. The house was charming and cozy, we loved the master bathroom! I highly recommend!
