A warm welcome to the Oberpartenhauser Farm in Gmund am Tegernsee. Take a break from everyday life in the Upper Bavarian Alps!
We warmly welcome you to one of our vacation apartments located above Lake Tegernsee.
Look forward to staying in “Christl,” a cozy vacation apartment of about 75 square meters with a balcony, digital satellite TV, shower/toilet, kitchen-living room, and 2 bedrooms. Our “Annelies,” measuring about 50 square meters, is located in the annex of our farmhouse and welcomes small families and couples. Or discover “Irmi,” our approximately 55-square-meter apartment with a separate bedroom, a sunny kitchen-living room, a balcony, shower/toilet, and satellite TV. Our small “Gabi” vacation apartment, measuring about 33 square meters, features a balcony, digital satellite TV, shower/toilet, separate kitchen, and a combined living/bedroom—and looks forward to welcoming lovely guests.
Our farm is about 1.5 km from the town center and the train station; a bus stop is very close by. You can reach the lake via a bike path in a 10-minute walk.
In the summer, we’re a convenient starting point for many recreational activities: cycling, swimming, sailing, surfing, and hiking.
