Our small (22 square meters), lovingly furnished with rustic furniture, is a non-smoking studio apartment designed for two guests and located on the 1st floor. The apartment features a double bed, a small kitchenette with a kettle and coffee maker for preparing breakfast, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
From the south-facing balcony, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains and the surrounding landscape.

From the balconies, you can enjoy the view of Lake Tegernsee and the surrounding mountains. A sun terrace and a large garden with a lawn for sunbathing further invite you to make the most of your vacation.
There is also a slide and a swing for children in the garden.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
