Welcome to your elegant 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat in the prestigious Cocotal Golf & Country Club. This condo offers stunning views of the golf course. The spacious living area and fully-stocked kitchen provide everything you need to feel at home.
As a guest, you`ll have access to a large community pool and to the golf course, extra fees apply. Located just a 10-minute drive from the famous Jellyfish Beach Restaurant, this is the perfect base for your Punta Cana adventure.
No Parties/Events: Strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
Condo Policies: All guests must comply with Larimar Residences and Cocotal condominium policies.
Guests agree to provide a valid working phone number.
Lost Keycards/Remotes: $50 fee for lost keycard.
Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 6 guests. Exceeding this limit will result in eviction.
Visitor Policy:
No visitors allowed. All guests must be declared in the reservation.
$15 fee per guest per night after the second guest.
Undeclared guest fee: $20 per guest per night.
Prohibited Items/Activities:
Illegal drugs are strictly forbidden.
Hookah is prohibited; violators will be expelled.
Loudspeakers are not allowed in the apartment or common areas.
Smoking Fee: $200 for smoking in the property.
Late Check-Out:
30 minutes late: $50 fee.
2+ hours late: Charge for an additional day (does not extend stay).
Complaints: By reporting an issue, you authorize the host to enter the property to resolve it (e.g., repairs, cleaning).
Violations: Breaking these rules may result in booking cancellation, removal from the property, and no refunds.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The hosts have an exceptional sense of style—the decor is tasteful and they carefully selected details that truly elevate the space.
The apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. On top of that, the location is excellent—convenient, well-situated, and in a safe area, which made us feel at ease at all times.
Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

Accomodation was great, could not fault it at all. Perfect view which backs on to a golf course. Only fault I would say is that from the accomodation to the front security gate is a 10-15 minute walk and sometimes Ubers cannot pick you up without having a QR code which you require to get for them. Apart from that the stay was fantastic

Relaxing and serene vacation with scenic golf course views, lovely decor of a very high standard, nice pool, very secure gated community. Well equipped kitchen with all amenities, beautiful golf course with a scenic restaurant. A golfers paradise. Excellent communication prior to and during stay. A car is required to make the most of your stay. There are a plethora of supermarkets and shopping centres are in close proximity; within 10 minutes drive. We have done the Punta Caña all-inclusive resorts in the past and wanted to have a different homely experience for the Christmas holidays. We would recommend this accommodation for a more intimate family holiday with kids and grandparents. You won’t be disappointed.
