Guest have access to the entire apartment!. There is no one else to share it with, including the spacious private patio with access from the living room and both bedrooms. The swimming pool and GYM are shared. You will have access to the residential through a security checkpoint available 24/7. Apartment is in the first floor with accessible entrance including ramp for wheelchairs
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE -ELECTRICITY IS NOT INCLUDED. Guest will be charge 17 dominican pesos( US $0.30) per KWh consumed. Consumption report will be sent at time of check out

This property is well equipped with most everything you need. Nice condo community. I have stayed in almost every community in the area. I especially liked that I never saw a bug inside. The showers worked well too. One thing lacking is a water jug dispenser. It is difficult to lift a full jug to pour water out. All other units have a water cooler or a jug with a spigot.

A beautiful condo with all of the amenities. The unit is well appointed, spacious and comfortable.
This complex is quiet, conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and small shops.
Property owner was very accommodating and responsive.
