We have 3 compact parking spots and 5 regular spots available for purchase. Some of the spots are leased during M-F during business hours so spots are limited and are first come first serve basis. Spots will be sold only one per unit unless your stay comes and another spot is available. The city of Duluth has parking options within 2-4 city blocks.
