• Please note that this home features a multi-level layout . Main level is kitchen and living room. Master suite up-stairs and 2 guest rooms down-stairs. Access to the house from the alley parking will have several sets stairs.

• Any place that is not locked or marked restricted. Please respect restricted closets/drawers and doors.

Great place, conveniently located to everything. So much available within walking distance. Spotlessly clean. Everything was great. I would give 6 stars if I could if the rooftop was accessible to guests, would be such a cool way to take advantage of the great view of Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains, especially during the summer when the weather is sunny.

Loved our stay here. Located in a great area close to many local restaurants and was an easy to drive downtown. The host thought of everything. The place felt brand new. Parking was easy to find and convenient. The view from all three floors was beautiful. I would love to stay here again if I return to Seattle.

Several things stood out for this stay * Location access to retail and restaurants.* It's a new house, comfy beds, nice shower* Plenty of pots/pans etc to cook up a good meal* Nice view out the west side* Easy parking* New appliances* Entry to the home was easy and secure - clear comms from the ownerWe slept 5 very comfortably.K
