It was near Safeway, Starbucks BONUS and only 15 min drive to tmobile park. We took a nice walk around the neighborhood.

It has all the space, all the comfort and all the amenities you need. You have three floors plus balcony to yourself! Everything feels and looks high quality, owner really cares for this place. Kids loved all streaming services. Contact and all the check-in instructions via app, very smooth. The area looks very nice and good grocery stores like Safeway and PCC are within walking distance. You have to watch signs when parking your car, usually it is not a problem when you depart in the morning and arrive in the evening. Also, a lot of stairs.

Amazing location. Wonderful atmosphere and everything inside was perfect. I live across the street and my family loved it here.

The customer service of the host was poor. The internet reception was poor--it buffered every few minutes. We couldn't enjoy watching any program. Our other electronic devices were also affected. I contacted him daily but he blamed the internet company, the solution was "beyond his control" & said that resetting the modem was the only solution for now. The TV and internet were listed as amenities and since he said that there was no solution to the problem, I asked him for a price adjustment. He refused and said he would refund one night stay if we checked out a day "early". He ended our last phone conversation without a bye or thank you. Very rude!
