Welcome to Birmingham! We’re thrilled to host you in our beautifully renovated home in the heart of Crestline Park. This modern 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat offers all the comforts and thoughtful touches to make your stay feel just like home.
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, open floor plan, and inviting outdoor space — perfect for gathering with friends or family. Whether you’re here to explore the city or simply unwind, our home provides the ideal backdrop for your Birmingham getaway.

We are so glad to host you! Please be respectful of our property during your stay. No parties or events are allowed on premises.
There is ample parking in the parking lot behind the building and on the street in front of the building.
When the thermostat is on heat please do not exceed 68 and while thermostat is on cool please do not go lower than 72 degrees. Please give adequate time to cool or heat when you change the thermostat.
Towels are in each bathroom underneath the sink.
When you check out please strip your sheets and place all used towels in the laundry area. Remove any items you brought from the fridge. Put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. Please take out the trash to the dumpster and be sure to lock up behind yourself.

Smoking or vaping inside: $500
Parties: $3,000
We will charge you the full fine so if you plan to party, you should find somewhere else to stay.
If you break or damage furniture you will be charged for replacing it plus a $250 refurnishing fee

Home was great, host was great, house is great. Location is on a busy street which is a little noisy but really didn’t detract from our stay. We did have a problem with our booking that caused 2 families to be booked in this location on the last day of our stay. While it was unsettling the host worked it out to my satisfaction. Beds very comfortable. Thank you for everything.

The house was gorgeous and very clean. The driveway was quite an issue. It was VERY steep and we had to unload the carry all we had on our vehicle in order to get in the drive. We either had to reload the carry all in the street during a busy workday morning when neighbors were trying to get to work or we had to load it and just pray the scraping wasn't too damaging. Very limited parking space. If you are travelling light this is would not be an issue, but we had multiple vehicles loaded for a very lengthy vacation.
