If you prefer not to provide this information, you`re welcome to park in the dirt parking lot behind the building instead, which is a safe parking area commonly used by many residents.

It's basically a semi-luxury studio apartment. It's clean and cute. The patio is shared but it's spacious and the hot tubs are nice. The checkin process is challenging, watch the video and read the instructions. Excellent communication response with the host, he communicated with me through the entire process.

Beautifully decorated room and very close to Boise State U which is why we selected this place.
Only issue is the check in process. You temporarily park in the lower parking to get your key to the room and then once in the room for the parking pass and then go back to your car to park up 3 floors.
Just plan an extra half hour upon check in.
