North End Bungalow 1921 Half

The location was SUPERB! If this is your first ever time traveling to Idaho or even United States this is THE location to stay at. Beautiful houses all around like from an old movie, friendly people, great walking opportunities and perfect store nearby. The place itself was amazing and had everything you could need for a long stay. Very very clean! Would definitely recommend this to a friend but there was a small problem which if adressed would make this property 100/10.

I wish it was more clear which part of the building is being bookable because only after I booked my stay and received a link for their own website I realized that what they gave me is a basement unit. Thankfully they had upstairs available so I was moved. But that part definitely could be clearer. Makes sense that no one really wants the basement but it still would be nice to be given an option. Also a little guidance about which trashcans to use etc. would be nice.

Lovely remodeled space with attention to details and old Bungalow charm. It’s a light-filled basement unit in a duplex….so many windows! The bed was very comfortable. I had jet lag and it was the perfect spot to recover and even sleep-in when I could. I made most of my meals for my two week stay with the stocked tools. I even baked a cake, with borrowed tins. Parking was always available in front on the street. I had my bike, and rode off to adventures within a few blocks as it’s near the foothills, trails and parks. A few blocks away is Hyde Park with bakeries, restaurants, a cherished Boise ice cream spot and bike shops. The Boise Coop is also nearby for groceries. I extended my stay for a second week!

No real complaints. You can hear some noise from the upstairs unit, but nothing more than my apartment at home.

The location. Quiet and comfortable.

The apartment style laundry room, ( for all units ) should be kept cleaner and the stairwell to the door light is not on at night.

We liked the location and the layout itself, really cute remodel.

We could hear the tenants upstairs all the time! Morning, noon, and night...When they were home, it sounded like elephants upstairs and would wake us up out of a dead sleep. Also, multiple times I went to use the laundry, and it was taken up by staff. Some of the blankets were not clean and smelled bad that were folded in the closets for use.
