About this house rental
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area, and open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, etc.
- A mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom (with shower) and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 6×4 m swimming pool (unheated and shared), secured by an alarm and open all year round
- A jacuzzi (with a capacity of 3 people) open all year round
- A private 18 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A beautiful shared and fenced 50 m² garden
The house is ideally located in Les Anses-d'Arlet, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (one vehicle).
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest airport: Martinique Aimé Césaire International Airport, about 46 minutes by car (18.7 miles)

- The mezzanine is accessible by a spiral staircase
- Air conditioning in the mezzanine and living room equipped with a fan
- Swimming: all children swimming is the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favorable weather conditions
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We ask that you leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- If you want to come with a group, you can reserve “Lodge 2 - Hibiscus" and "Lodge 3 - Jasmin".
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Book&Pay team (advertisement and reservation management service) and a local concierge service.
