    Very bad experience. No professional staff at all. We had to wait almost 1 hour in the hot sun just to get our room. Staff kept saying “ask someone else” and even after taking our IDs they took 15 minutes just to find the key. The area outside the room had dirty food utensils, the room floor had water everywhere, and the toilet was extremely dirty. No basic amenities like soap, shampoo, or towels were provided. During booking we were promised a private room with a private pool, but there was no private pool at all. Completely misleading information. People were also coming outside our room to take selfies and make noise, and when we complained the staff said “no one is entering your room so why are you bothered.” Very poor management, bad hygiene, and false promises. Not recommended.
