    I had booked a deluxe room in Gulab Vatika Hotel but instead of a deluxe room they gave me a very bad 3rd class room. They did not provide me with any of the facilities that they had mentioned on agoda.

    The staff at the front desk was so rude that he doesn't even know how to talk to a senior citizen. He was ready to have a physical fight with my Uncle. How can a hotel staff person threaten the people visiting their hotel. Plus the door handle was broken from inside because of which I couldn't open the door from inside and I had to call the hotel staff to open the door.
