The apartment is exactly as pictured and I enjoyed my stay there. Everything was clean and tidy. Teresa was a great host sending clear instructions and recommendations for places to eat and visit during my stay. There are two separate mini-split AC units in the apartment so it was very easy to regulate the temperature in the apartment. The apartment is centrally located in Condado and you’re on one of the main streets. It’s very easy to walk around the area and there are several nearby beaches that you can easily walk to (including the one pictured). I would definitely consider renting this apartment again for a future visit. Highly recommended!

The apartment was fantastic! Super comfortable with modern appliances and everything I needed. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Condado with a gorgeous view of the water. Truly the best spot in town with everything at your fingertips. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I will definitely stay here again when I return to PR :)

Pool was not crystal clear like you see at hotels. Power went out and the in room generator didn't work (one of the reasons i picked this site, i know about P.R. losing power). Host was not very sympathetic, saying hers was out too, blaming the city, etc. No compensation was offered for being without power for almost 8 hours (3 of them in the dark). I asked if she had flashlights available, no. Her son brought over a portable lantern. The apt itself was very nice, clean and had everything i needed. Bed was comfy, couch was comfy. View was nice but no access to the lagoon. I guess the pictures deceived me.
