About this apartment rental
Renovated modern 1 bedroom apartment located on a high floor having panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Condado Lagoon, Port of San Juan, and Ashford Avenue from all rooms. The water views are breathtaking by day and as spectacular by night when Condado's Ashford Avenue and San Juan come alive. Sit on the balcony's comfortable patio furniture and absorb the surroundings while sipping a cool drink. The condo is within walking distance to many spectacular beaches and dining. It is located diagonally from the newly built Condado Vanderbilt and Condado Ocean Club Hotels and two blocks from the La Concha Hotel and a block from the Ventana al Mar Park and Condado beach. You are in the heart of Condado and within walking distance to all. Kayaking, Paddle Boarding and other water sport rentals are available at the lagoon. Some of the other local amenities are the hotels, casinos, bars, nightclubs, restaurants and shopping. Supermarkets and pharmacies are also nearby. Public transportation (B21 bus or cab) can take you to Old San Juan. Upon request, my property manager can act as your personal tour guide. Shops & Restaurants are walking distance. Parking is under the building 25.00 a day with in & out.Walls & windows not sound proof. Located on the 8th floor. You can hear all loud noises from street level.
