Great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and beach. BEAUTIFUL ocean view from the balcony. Easy bus ride from the airport and to old San Juan. Comfortable bed and good AC.

The host was responsive. The A/C is only in the bedroom. Parking was easy to find the one day I needed it. The place is close to a lot of places. I was able to walk to a lot. That was nice.

We had a great stay and the apartment was exactly as described. The location was excellent and made it easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and nearby shops. The ocean views from the balcony were beautiful and a highlight of the trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and check-in was very easy. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The main highlight of this place is the location and views. However, the apartment could use more thorough cleaning and some updates. It’s also worth noting that the AC is only in the bedroom, and the beach chairs were unfortunately not usable. It would also enhance the experience if the host provided small touches like water bottles upon arrival and some recommendations for nearby dining, as more detailed guidance overall would be helpful.
