Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 3-bedroom apartment in Reith bei Kitzbühel. Marvelous iron, heating, and a hair dryer are provided for your convenience. Fall in love with Reith bei Kitzbühel and enjoy the magic it has to offer.Welcome to our exclusive attic apartment in a charming Austrian mansion from the 1960s. The apartment on the 2nd floor houses spacious sleeping areas with each a private bathroom – two spacious bedrooms as well as a children's room with a cozy 1.50 m bed. The apartment is fully equipped and offers space for guests every need.
The manor house has a total of 10 apartments, some of which are occupied by permanent tenants. The quiet location offers ample parking, and the mountain view is breathtaking during the day. The surrounding nature, including a farm opposite, gives the location an idyllic atmosphere.
A total of three TVs are available, all with internet access because there is no traditional TV connection. The fireplace in the apartment creates a cozy atmosphere. The view during the day can be enjoyed to the fullest through the many windows.
For enough space for your drinks, there is an extra fridge available on the balcony, which is not in operation in winter. Please note that smoking is allowed on the balcony, while smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, as the fire alarms are connected to the fire alarm system and an alarm could be triggered throughout the house.
In the living room there are two sofas, if necessary, you can also stay in the apartment with 8 people.The Kitzbühel and Elmau ski resorts are only about 10 minutes away by car, and a ski bus, which is a 5-minute walk away, will take you comfortably to Kitzbühel. Hiking opportunities in the area invite you to take relaxing walks. For those looking for nightlife, Kitzbühel is a short distance away.
