This protection plan is $30 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $220 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $77/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. *PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 4, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.
*PETS - This property does not allow pets. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
*Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees. No refund will be given if cancelled within five days of arrival.
There is a designated parking lot on the side of the building. This unit has one designated space.
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.

Check-in was quick, communication was great, location was also good. Bed was uncomfortably soft and the coffee maker was broken, but neither was a deal breaker…would stay again. Also note the checkout time is earlier than expected and I should have double checked that…checkout is actually 10am and I just assumed it was 11am like most hotels and air b&b’s
