About this apartment rental
Perfect location, in a cozy and modern unit on the 21st floor! This apartment has amazing views of downtown and several conveniences like Netflix ✔ washer and drier ✔ fitness facilities ✔ 24hr security at the front desk✔ and garage parking available✔. The building also has a 24hr snack shop and clubroom to drop off your luggage early if you need to.
Open floor plan in a downtown top floor apartment. 1 bedroom with a queen bed, couch and air mattress
Guests can access the lounge area in the lobby with the amenities access card in the lock box!
I will always be available via text or air bnb message. There is 24 hr security at the front desk which can help with anything from getting into the building to parking.
This location is ideal 4 blocks from the Kansas City Convention Center and power and light district. 50 restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment venues just outside the apartment.
Street car stop is outside the front door, which gives you free access to all of downtown Kansas City , crossroads, Crown center and river market. Street car runs every 15 minutes.

We require renters to be 21 years old or older.
-Quiet hours start at 10:00 pm
-Keys/ key cards must be returned (replacement costs are $100 per key card and $70 to re-key the locks)
-No Smoking

-Breaking any house rules results in a $200 fine and immediate booking termination

This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed here. The proximity to downtown, the Main Street train, and the fitness center make this our favorite place to stay in KC.

What a beautiful, convenient property! We had everything we needed and loved having the streetcar right outside. Even the gentlemen at the security desk were helpful and kind.

Great place to stay. Felt very secure and all amenities were available to me. Communication with host was superior. Any issues I had were answered within minutes.

Property was clean, quiet, we were very comfortable in the unit. Very nice amenities. Very close to things we wanted to visit. Francis responded quickly if we had questions. AC worked fine
