The hostel is clean, and everyone is so friendly. There are fun events every night, which made my first stay here even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Kyle for helping me plan my itinerary and recommending the best places to visit. Definitely the best volunteer!

Don't know where to begin so I'll just yap away at random. The plus side is that per bed it can be one of the cheapest in Siargao. The pool is an amazing addition. The downsides. The coworking space which I paid extra for was so dusty I had respiratory problems by the end of my work week. You can see dust in the air. They turn off the AC from 10AM to 7PM, which is cruel in a 10 person dorm under Mindanao sun. Rooms are humid by 2PM. (Other hostel I moved to only shuts off AC till 2PM which is their cleaning time for rooms. ) Tap/shower water smells like rust and is briny, never felt clean even after a shower. Had to ask a local friend if it's really like that in Siargao and she said no. It is never quiet. Understandably nights have a bit of fun nights, but loud music plays all through the day. Hallways and corridors are dusty. It feels more like living in a construction area barracks than in a hostel. I moved out midway through my stay and never looked back.
